“At the invitation of President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh will pay an Official visit to Moscow from 20 to 22 October, 2013 for the 14th India-Russia Annual Summit. During his visit, the Prime Minister will hold talks with President Putin to advance India’s special and privileged strategic partnership with the Russian Federation, in addition to other engagements.
Following his visit to Russia, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will pay an Official Visit to China on October 22-24, 2013 at the invitation of Premier Mr. Li Keqiang. The Prime Ministers will hold discussions on bilateral, regional and global issues with a view to strengthening the partnership between the two countries. Prime Minister will also meet President Mr. Xi Jinping and National People’s Congress Chairman Mr. Zhang Dejiang.”
