At the invitation of Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India, His Excellency Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan will undertake an official visit to India on 25-27 January, 2014. Prime Minister Abe will be the Chief Guest at India’s Republic Day celebrations.
Prime Minister Abe will meet Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh for the Annual Summit between India and Japan. Their discussions will add substance and content to the India-Japan Strategic & Global Partnership. The visiting Prime Minister will also call on President Shri Pranab Mukherjee and witness the Republic Day Parade on 26 January, 2014.
Prime Minister Abe will be accompanied by his wife Mrs. Akie Abe.
