Delimitation of India-Bangladesh Martime Boundary – Hearing in the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague

The issue of Delimitation of Maritime Boundary between India and Bangladesh is currently under consideration of an Arbitral Tribunal at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, Netherlands. The Oral Hearings before the Arbitral Tribunal are scheduled to take place at the Permanent Court of Arbitration from 09-18 December, 2013. The Indian delegation for the hearing would be led by Attorney General of India, Shri G.E. Vahanvati, who would be introducing India’s case before the Arbitral Tribunal on 09th December, 2013.
