The third Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Lecture will be held on January 23, 2023, by the Ministry of External Affairs. Amb will deliver the lecture. Bilahari Kausikan is the current chairman of the National University of Singapore’s Middle East Institute and a former permanent secretary in the Singaporean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The lecture’s subject will be “The Future of Global Uncertainty.” Dr. S. Jaishankar, the minister of external affairs, will oversee the occasion.
The late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a towering statesman who made an enormous contribution to developing India’s foreign policy while serving as both the Foreign Affairs Minister and Prime Minister, is honored with this memorial lecture series.
