Their Excellency Dr Irfaan Ali bestowed Guyana’s second greatest award, the Order associated with Roraima, to the Prime Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Honourable Dr Ralph Gonsalves.

This individual called Dr Gonsalves a Caribbean man who has already been committed to “democracy, peace, safety and development of the Caribbean. “The Head of Condition also lauded the other regional and national individuals who was up for “democracy, the rule of law, and freedom” in Guyana. He said they would be recognised for his or her contributions later in the yr. Vice President, the Honourable Dr Bharrat Jagdeo; Ministers of the Government; former Leader Donald Ramotar; Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Doctor Carla Barnett, Chief associated with Staff of the Guyana Protection Force, Brigadier Godfrey Bess; Police Commissioner Clifton Hicken and other Government Officials had been also at the event. Leading Minister Gonsalves is on a four-day Official Visit to Guyana. The Prime Minister of Barbados, the Honourable Mia Amor Mottley, is also a person receiving the Order of Roraima.
