The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation previously today received a politeness call from Her Excellency Guo Haiyan, Ambassador of China to Guyana.

Minister Todd and the Ambassador discussed several multilateral problems of mutual interest and continued collaboration between Guyana and China. Minister Todd also took the opportunity to want the Ambassador a Happy Chinese New Year which will be celebrated on Sunday twenty two January 2023.
