The Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation earlier today delivered the keynote address at a luncheon hosted by the United Nations Country Team in Guyana to mark the 77th Anniversary of the UN Charter

During his remarks, Minister Todd recognised the important role of the United Nations and highlighted that partnership with the United Nations Country Team is very important to Guyana. Minister Todd further noted that under the leadership of His Excellency President Mohamed Irfaan Ali, Guyana remains truly committed to the guiding principles of the United Nations and aims to provide a safe environment, proper health care, and education for its citizens in collaboration with the UN partners. 26 October 2022
