Minister Todd pays courtesy call to Commonwealth SG

TThe Honourable Hugh Hilton Todd, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, on the sidelines of the 12th Session of the Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organisation (WTO MC12), paid a courtesy call on The Rt Honourable Patricia Scotland, Secretary-General of the Commonwealth.
