His Excellency President Irfaan Ali received a courtesy go to from the United Nations’ Director for the Americas Division in the Departments of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Serenity Operations, Ms. Laura Flores, at State House, upon Tuesday.

The Head associated with State extended a comfy welcome to Ms. Flores, who was in Guyana on a schedule two-day familiarisation visit. Ms. Flores has proceeded to Suriname for a similar visit. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Honourable Hugh Todd and the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Guyana, Ms. Yesim Oruc, were also with State House.
