The Government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana wishes to inform that in the interest of maximising participation by all interested parties and to avoid scheduling clashes of equally important events, the Meeting will now be convened for one day on 29 October 2020. The Programme is attached and reflects the overall content of the previously shared Concept Note for the Meeting.
The guide for participants on the use of the WebEx platform with technical details and requirements to facilitate participation in the Meeting is also included.
Delegations who have not yet registered are invited to do so by completing the attached registration form and returning it via email to g77climatechair2020@gmail.com with a copy to sbalram@minfor.gov.gy . Each Member State may register up to 2 (two) participants (Minister/Head of delegation + 1).
The Communique to be adopted at the close of the meeting is attached for ease of reference. Any reaction to the draft should be sent to Ambassador Forbes July via email g77climatechair2020@gmail.com no later than 6:00pm (EDT) on 28 October 2020.
