In this regard, there is a great level of cooperation, considering that we are going to organize the Ocean Conference 2024. I look forward to one more very fruitful exchange of views.  
After concluding my Balkan tour, I am in the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai as part of the regular contacts with the Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) of Foreign Affairs from the UAE, H. H. Sheikh Abdullah, as provided with regard to in Article 2 from the Agreement I had the dignity to sign with the Emirates, which, I recall, includes a defense assistance clause. The United Arab Emirates plays a very important role in the region. In addition, it is a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. They are going to also host COP28 in the environment next year.
