In this regard, there is a great level of cooperation, considering that we will organize the Ocean Meeting 2024. I look forward to one more very fruitful exchange associated with views.  
Right after concluding my Balkan visit, I am in the United Arabic Emirates, in Dubai as part of the regular contacts with the Minister of Foreign Affairs from the UAE, H. H. Sheikh Abdullah, as provided to get in Article 2 from the Agreement I had the honour to sign with the Emirates, which, I recall, features a defense assistance clause. The United Arab Emirates plays a very important role in the region. In addition, it is a non-permanent member of the particular United Nations Security Council. They are going to also host COP28 over the environment next year.
