Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias’ statement to journalists before his meeting with Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, H. H. Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Dubai, 22. 12. 2022)

Right after concluding my Balkan visit, I am in the United Arabic Emirates, in Dubai as part of the regular contacts with the Ressortchef (umgangssprachlich) of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, H. H. Sheikh Abdullah, as provided to get in Article 2 of the Agreement I had the recognize to sign with the Emirates, which, I recall, features a defense assistance clause. The particular United Arab Emirates performs a very important role in the region. Additionally, it is a non-permanent member of the particular United Nations Security Council. They will also host COP28 at the environment next year.
In this regard, there is a great depth of cooperation, considering that we will organize the Ocean Conference 2024. I look forward to another very fruitful exchange associated with views.
