The Secretary General for International Financial Affairs and Openness, Ioannis Smyrlis, submitted his resignation today, Thursday, December twenty nine, in a letter addressed towards the Minister of Foreign Matters, Nikos Dendias, which was approved. Mr. Smyrlis states in the letter that he is distributing his resignation for strictly personal reasons.
