Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostas Fragogiannis to visit Kuwait (16-17. 01. 2023)

The purpose of the visit would be to improve bilateral economic relationships by increasing trade quantity and attracting new opportunities, so that the excellent level of zwei staaten betreffend political relations between A holiday in greece and Kuwait is reflected in the economy as well. Deputy Minister associated with Foreign Affairs for Financial Diplomacy and Openness, Kostas Fragogiannis, will visit Kuwait on January 16 plus 17, 2023, together with Minister of Development and Investment, Adonis Georgiadis. Within the context of the visit, Mouthpiece Minister Fragogiannis will sign, on behalf of the Hellenic Export Credit Company ECG, the Memorandum of Cooperation with Dhaman, Kuwait’s respective entity. The Deputy Minister will hold a bilateral meeting with his counterpart, Deputy Minister associated with Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Mansour Ayyad Al Otaibi. In addition , Mr. Fragogiannis and Mr. Georgiades will discuss with Undersecretary of Ministry of Finance Aseel Al-Saad AlMunifi and with Minister of Business and Industry and Minister of State for Telecoms and Information Technology Affairs Mazin Saad Ali Al-Nahedh. The agenda of the talks will include, inter alia, the prospects for cooperation in the fields of farming production and food business, energy, with a focus on Greece’s potential to assist Kuwait in the transition to green energy, as well as in the tourism sector.
