Alternative Minister of Foreign Matters Miltiadis Varvitsiotis meets with a delegation of the Spanish Mutual Congress- Senate Committee meant for EU Affairs (Athens, 12. 1 . 2023)

Mr. Varvitsiotis emphasised the need to enhance cooperation between the countries of the European South in order to address the difficulties facing Europe, in view from the Spanish Presidency of the European Council in the second 1 / 2 of 2023. “Europe has to pay greater attention to the Mediterranean”, he pointedly stated, observing that our common shared goal is to deepen Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.
