The TTE Council is made up of transport, energy and telecommunications ministers from all EU member countries that work together to fulfil EU objectives in these areas, such as setting up sustainable transport systems, promoting energy efficiency and improving competition, cyber security and innovation.
The number of meetings depends on the items on agenda:
- transport ministers usually meet 4 times a year
- energy ministers meet 3 or 4 times a year
- telecommunications ministers meet twice a year
