This EU Presidency event will bring together the heads of peer or similar bodies to the National Arts and Education Plan in the 27 EU countries, with the aim of debating and reflecting on the public policies that advance participation and the cultural commitment of the institutions and organisations in the fields of the arts and education.
The conclusions of the working parties will feed into the Porto Santo Charter, a future reference document for public policies and activities that promote European civic values, such as inclusion and freedom, within the different cultural and artistic structures and organisations.
