Civil protection business continuity and capacity development: lessons learned from COVID-19

This workshop aims to discuss the resilience of civil protection services in the face of multiple emergencies, by identifying experience and good practice in the plans for civil protection services. The topic is particularly important at the present time, when the EU civil protection knowledge network is being implemented.
