The Zimbabwean daily “The Herald” published the article by the Cuban Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Carmelina Ramírez Rodríguez. In the analysis, the Cuban diplomat condemns the inclusion of the Caribbean island in the rigged list of the US empire. Ramírez stressed that Cuba does not recognize any authority of the US State Department to qualify countries as sponsors of terrorism. These lists are totally one-sided and lack international recognition. They exist and were conceived to defame countries with which the United States has disagreements and to apply economic coercion measures, such as Cuba.
