Victoria, 25 November 2021.- The Official Mission in Seychelles commemorated this Thursday, November 25, the fifth anniversary the death of the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
The Cuban Embassy was the chosen scenario to evoke emotional moments with the Commander, kept in the memory of Cuban doctors and diplomats.
Today, Fidel was present as a precursor of proletarian internationalism in Africa, as the creator of ELAM to contribute to the training of professionals from underprivileged countries and social strata, in the formation of the Cuban army of white coats that has provided solidarity aid in many countries of the world, as the promoter of the Henry Reeve International Contingent, specialized in disaster and epidemic situations to help needy nations, in the “Milagro” and “Barrio Adentro” Operations, and as a protagonist and conductor of Cuban foreign policy.
Fidel, our Fidel, will continue to live on in the work he left us. His example will be with us forever.
