Monrovia, January 25, 2021 – Responding to an invitation made by the Speaker of the Liberian Parliament Honorable Dr. Bhofal Chambers, the Head of the Diplomatic Mission in Monrovia Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera, participated in the Annual Message Ceremony of the President of the Republic of Liberia, Dr. George M. Weah, to the IV Joint Session of the 54th Legislature.
During the ceremony, the Liberian President made a summary of the events of the year 2020 and announced projections for the year 2021 in this West African country.
The ceremony took place in the Joint Chamber of the Legislature at the Capitol in Monrovia.
