Statement by Minister Ng in response to CUSMA dispute consultation ask for from the U. S. upon Canadian dairy tariff rate quota policies

The terms that we negotiated under the Canada-United States-Mexico agreement are being respected plus upheld. “Canada is home to one of the strongest dairy products industries in the world. “We look forward to demonstrating how Canada is meeting its CUSMA obligations throughout the new consultations on allocations of dairy tariff price quotas.
