The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced today that the Honourable Robert Oliphant, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, will be in Argentina from September 6 to September 8. On the second day of his trip, Parliamentary Secretary Oliphant will lead a Canadian delegation to the Equal Rights Coalition international conference.
