Announcement of new diplomatic appointments

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Matters, today announced the following diplomatic appointments: Leslie Scanlon  becomes Higher Commissioner in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Ms. Scanlon replaces Wendy Gilmour. November nine, 2022 – Ottawa, Ontario – Global Affairs Canada Jesse Hartman   will become Ambassador to the Republic of the Philippines. Mr. Hartman replaces Peter MacArthur. Madeleine Féquière  becomes Consul General in Chicago (United States of America). Ms. Féquière   eliminates John Cruickshank.
