During September Amb. Anastasov held a meeting with the citizen of Armenia Mr. Gevorg Hakobyan from the city of Charentsavan, Kotayk province. Mr. Hakobyan stated that during his visit to the Earth and Man National Museum in Sofia, he found that there is only exponent of the Armenian exhibits of stones. In this regard, Mr. Hakobyan expressed a desire to present a stone symbol to Armenia – the “Tree of Life”, which represents the health and unity of the Armenian family. The gift was personally presented to the Ambassador of Bulgaria Mr. Kalin Anastasov. Mr. Anastasov expressed gratitude for the taken initiative of the donation and informed Mr. Hakobyan that his gift will be sent to the National Museum.
