Ministry of Foreign Affairs marks 30 years since Bulgaria’s accession to the International Organization of La Francophonie with an art event

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria in partnership with the International Triennial of Stage Poster – Sofia, National Bureau of the University Agency of Francophonie – Bulgaria and the Francophone Center of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski organizes the art eventMOLIER WITHOUT BORDERS & IN DIALOGUE WITH MOLIER.

The initiative, dedicated to the 400th anniversary of the birth of the great playwright who became the personification of the French language, marks the International Day of the Francophonie and the 30th anniversary of Bulgaria’s accession to the IOF.

Within the forum will be presented the exhibition collection Moliere without borders, which contains 35 posters for theatrical productions of plays by Moliere. It can be seen in the period March 15-30 in the Central Lobby of the Rectorate of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. 

The official opening of the exhibition Moliere without Borders will take place on March 22 at 18.00 in the Central Lobby of Sofia University, and the programme includes a reading of excerpts from plays by Moliere, which will be performed in French and Bulgarian by students, pupils and teachers.
