On 22 November 2022 the Ambassador of Bulgaria in Islamabad Irena Gancheva met the newly appointed Director General of the Foreign Service Academy of Pakistan Ambassador Mazhar Javed. Both sides highly appreciated the first joint webinar „Pakistan and Bulgaria – Bilateral Cooperation in Security, Economy and Energy”, organized on 10 November 2022 by the Bulgarian Diplomatic Institute and the Foreign Service Academy of Pakistan. They also exchanged views on how to further develop and enhance the cooperation between the two institutions in the field of research, diplomatic training, implementation of joint projects on important regional and global topics that would contribute to increasing the mutual knowledge and sharing best practices and experience between the two countries.
