Recognized Visit of Mr. Vinay Mohan Kwatra, Indian International Secretary to Bhutan

Mr. Vinay Mohan Kwatra, the Native indian Foreign Secretary will be with an official visit to Bhutan through 18-20 January 2023 in the invitation of Ms. Pema Choden, Foreign Secretary of Bhutan.
Throughout the visit, Foreign Secretary Kwatra will call on the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, as well as meet his counterpart Foreign Secretary Pema Choden to discuss issues of mutual interest. The visit is in keeping with the well-established tradition of regular exchange of high-level visits between Bhutan plus India.
International Secretary Kwatra will also co-chair the Fourth India-Bhutan Development Assistance Talks of the 12th 5 Year Plan along with Foreign Secretary Pema Choden.
