On 5th of September 2022 Jamahl Strachan, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received the Hon. Prime Minister of Guyana Mark Phillips at the Lynden Pindling International Airport. Prime Minister Phillips is here to attend the Caribbean Telecommunications Union Information & Communications Technology (CTU ICT) Week 2022 in The Bahamas at the Margaritaville Hotel. It is anticipated that deep discussions pertaining to the telecommunications divide & closing the telecommunications divide will occur. CTU ICT will be held the 5th-9th September, 2022.
