The International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Albania, in the framework of the programme “Engage the Albanian Diaspora to the Social and Economic Development of Albania”, implemented by IOM Tirana and funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation is announcing the hiring of a Local Consultant – Local Consultant to support the Albanian Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in the implementation of the National Strategy for Diaspora and its related Action Plan (Ref. CON. 2021-08) focused on the strengthening of the institutional capacities on Diaspora engagement in Albania.
