Albania-North Macedonia intergovernmental meeting, 2 memoranda approved in the construction of foreign policy

This memorandum aims in order to strengthen the cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries, in neuro-scientific diplomatic training, which will be performed through the Diplomatic Academies simply by constructing a legal/regulatory platform and designing work applications, that will be agreed upon by the parties later.
The second intergovernmental meeting between the government of the Republic of Albania and that of North Macedonia was held in Skopje, where a total of 21 agreements were signed.
The first meeting of the two government authorities was held in Pogradec upon December 15, 2017.
The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, and her counterpart, Bujar Osmani, signed two memorandums associated with cooperation: one for the digitalization of consular services and the other for cooperation in the field of diplomatic trainings.
